Minutes of Meetings

49. The management committee shall cause minutes to be made in books provided for the purpose:

  1. of all appointments of officers made by the management committee;
  2. of the names of the officers present at each meeting of the management committee or subcommittee;
  3. of all resolutions and proceedings at all meetings of the company, and of management committees, and of subcommittees;

and every officer present at any meeting of the management committee or a subcommittee shall sign his or her name in a book to be kept for that purpose.
