Submission to Arbitration
55. (1) Any dispute between members of the party or of its branches arising out of this constitution or involving the interpretation of this constitution is to be submitted to arbitration.
(2) Such an arbitration is to be considered an international arbitration, and the Model Law on International Commercial Arbitration of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law is to apply to such an arbitration, except so far as the optional provisions of the Model Law are modified by this constitution.
(3) Such an arbitration is to be decided in equity and good conscience, and not necessarily strictly according to law.
(4) In such an arbitration, the arbitrator’s decision is final.
