Arbitration Procedure
58. (1) The arbitration must be conducted by an exchange of secure messages, if the party has a secure message service.
(2) If the party does not have a secure message service, the arbitration is to be conducted by an exchange of electronic mail messages.
(3) Evidence is to be given in the form of affidavits, which are to be scanned and attached to electronic messages.
(4) Once the arbitrator has heard from all sides and formed a definite view, the arbitrator must publish tentative findings of fact, reasons and proposed orders, and invite all sides to comment on these, before making a final decision.
