Common Seal
70. (1) The common seal of the party and of a branch of the party is to consist of a round rubber stamp in the shape of two circles, one enclosed by the other.
(2) Between the two circles on the common seal will be the name of the party or branch and the words “Common Seal”.
(3) The party’s compass logo will appear in the centre of the common seal.
(4) The chairman of the party or branch shall have custody of the common seal.
