Changes to Constitution
74. (1) This constitution can only be changed by special resolutions of general meetings of the party and branches, within the meaning of the Corporations Act 2001, and with the prior written agreement of the fifth degree member of the party and of a majority of the fourth degree members.
(2) An honorary life member cannot agree to a change to this constitution while the member whose agreement is needed is in prison or in detention or serving in the military or subject to a guardianship order or otherwise subject to coercion by the Australian authorities.
